Most Popular Questions

No upfront payments are requested. We only ask for payment when you are 100% satisfied with the final product. Our reputation is important to us, so we aim to always strive for perfection.

Yes. Bank details will be provided on completion.

Of our workmanship comes with a 10 year guarantee. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we will return and rectify our workmanship.

Our guarantee does not cover where a customer is reckless. For example: Turning wheels continually whilst static. Pressure exerted from static turning can dislodge surface aggregates. Once the matrix has broken, the surface will weaken and break away. It is very important that vehicle wheels are not turned when static or slow moving, and small turning circles should be eliminated in the driveway design.

It also does not include where staining has occured due to something remaining static on the surface i.e. a plant pot, metal furniture etc.

It also does not include damage caused by skips, car jacks on HGV use.

Cleaning Practices: It’s very good practice to clean your Resin Bound surface regularly. And for lighter colours, it will be even more important to carry out regular cleaning. Resin Bound Surfaces can be power washed, it is recommended to have the lance at a 90 degree angle and at least 300mm from the surface. Cleaning too close can cause aggregates to be dislodged.

LIke all driveways and patio installers there are some unscrupulous companies out there who will cut corners or miss important steps.

A resin driveway / patio with us is installed as follows:

Excavate depth to allow for 150mm hard core - type 3 mot. Follows by the installation of 50mm open porous tarmac. Then the final resin surface will be either a minimum of 18mm for a patio, or 25mm for a driveway.

Kerb, edges  and any block pavers will be installed at the same time as the sub-base, to ensure the area has strong borders to prevent surface spread.

There are over 100 specialist resin colours available. Plus the opportunity to have different colours for features, walkways, borders and paths. So there are limitless colour schemes and designs available. You can download all available colours here:

A great way to extend the life of your driveway is by sealing the surface after a deep clean. This can be done using a diluted polyurethane UV resin sealer – contact your installer for more information. A good time to carry out this enhancement would be 2-4 years after installation of the resin surface.

Unadvisable. Take care not to drop heavy equipment on tthe driveway or patio, such as the placement of skips. Also be aware - skips can often leach rust on to your driveway which you may not be able to clean. In addtion to skips, you really must not use a car jack on resin as this will depress the surface of Resin Bound and should be placed on a wooden board for load distribution.
